At Ledger Family, our goal is to support Tamil commerce students with a safe, encouraging learning community. We work hard to deliver valuable resources through regular lessons, guidance and motivation. Because access to our community and learning materials is provided immediately after joining, our refund process is designed to be fair and transparent.

By joining Ledger Family, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Refund requests are reviewed based on:

* Membership type
* Duration since payment
* Access and participation in the community
* Eligibility criteria listed in this document

You may request a refund **within 48 hours of payment** only if:

βœ” You were unable to access the Ledger Family platform due to a technical issue
βœ” You were charged twice for the same membership
βœ” You were charged due to a payment gateway error

If access to the community, classes or resources has already been used, the membership becomes **non-refundable**.


## ❌ **Non-Refundable Situations**

A refund cannot be provided if:

✘ You changed your mind after joining
✘ You chose not to attend live or recorded sessions
✘ You did not use the available resources
✘ You expected services not mentioned on the website
✘ You shared or attempted to share login access

Membership fees are charged for **access**, not for usage or attendance.


 **Monthly Subscription / Recurring Payments**

Ledger Family follows a **subscription-based membership model**.

* You may cancel future renewals anytime
* Cancelling the subscription does **not** provide a refund for the current month
* Once access for the billing cycle has started, the month is **non-refundable**

✳️ **Money Deducted but Access Not Received**

If payment is debited but access is not received:

1. Take a screenshot of the payment transaction
2. Send it to our support team
3. We will provide access immediately or process a refund if access cannot be enabled

If your refund request is approved:

* Refund initiation: **5–7 business days**
* Refund reflection in bank/UPI: **7–10 business days**
